Iceland – East Fjords

The Ring Road along the East Fjords is one of the most scenic drives on the island. The town of Djúpivogur serves as the gateway to the fjords. Beyond this point lies an endless series of drives in and out of various fjords, covered in moss or bare rock, drop straight into the ocean. Sometimes, waterfalls rush from the cliffs directly into the sea, it was absolutely jaw dropping. Each fjord is geographically close, but the landscapes vary drastically.
