Water, Bridges, and Kunming

These photos were taken along the newly constructed elevated Green Lake walkway, the suspension pavilion at Dianchi, and various scenes around the Mile Temple. Kunming is still undergoing extensive redevelopment and new construction, gradually transforming from the quiet city I grew up in into a more touristy destination. I liked many of these renovations as they have created more spaces for walking and biking, and repurposed older buildings into tea houses, cafes, places to slow down and relax.
